Parking and Valet

Street parking imageBuffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute

Both Buffalo General Medical Center and the Gates Vascular Institute offer valet parking. This is the most convenient way to park. If you choose to self-park, there is a surface lot on the corner of High and Ellicott Streets, a parking ramp on the corner of Goodrich and Ellicott Streets, and on-street parking. There is a fee charged for each of these options. A BNMC Courtesy Shuttle continually drives around the campus to pick up visitors wishing for a ride to the hospital. To contact the shuttle simply call  (716) 818-5685 or you may request Security to contact the driver for you. But if you see the shuttle, simply wave it down and its driver will bring you to your desired entrance.

DeGraff Memorial Hospital

DeGraff Memorial Hospital offers free self-parking in the front of the hospital.

Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital

Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital offers valet parking for a fee. Self-parking is also available in the front and rear of the hospital at no charge.

Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo

Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo provides valet parking at its 219 Bryant Street entrance for a fee. Another convenient parking option for patients and visitors is the John C. Gallagher, Sr. Parking Ramp located directly across from the hospital on Hodge Street or on Elmwood Avenue next to Pier 1. A sidewalk from the parking ramp leads directly to the 118 Hodge Street hospital entrance. The daily rate to park in the garage is $5.

The parking ramp does offer a two week pass for $25/week or $55/month. This option for parents who will be longer term residents of Women & Children's Hospital provides greater flexibility and results in drastic savings in parking costs. Parents may report to the attendants booth located at the Elmwood end of the ramp or contact the attendant at  (716) 849-5812, to secure the application for parking. The application and more details about the Gallagher parking ramp is available at  bcarparking.com.
